Vegan Crispy Tofu Parm Melt Hoagies

• This hoagie melt originally developed by one of my favorite vegan blogs Six Vegan Sisters combines crispy breaded tofu with zesty marinara sauce and melty vegan mozzarella and parmesan. I make it with fried onions and mushrooms and whiskey BBQ sauce and not quite as much tofu as pictured here.
